Day 1: OPC Setup & Configuration


Our Oracle-certified professionals will work with your project team to configure the software to meet your project requirements.

Software Setup


Our package provides detailed guidelines and a step-by-step approach to configuring the environment. This includes adjusting app settings, setting up companies and workspaces, and managing user security. It covers tasks like appointing app admins, configuring global settings, organizing workspace structure, creating various permission sets (global, workspace, project), establishing user groups with security privileges, adding partner companies and users, etc.

Day 2: OPC Software Training


Your instructor will host a virtual, 1-day custom training session for your team.
If in-person training is desired, let us know! We can also provide a full, 2-day course.

Group Training

Our course covers a comprehensive range of project management topics, starting with an introduction and progressing through essential elements such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity types and duration, activity sequencing, resource loading and assignment, cost management, activity codes, baselining, and concludes with schedule status updating and reporting.
