Course Times: 8am-4pm (PST - California Time)
Certificate Course: Yes

Training is a necessity, but so is saving time and money. That’s what Global PM’s state-of-the-art virtual training will do for you! Students anywhere in the world can attend our 1-day class (taught by a certified instructor), using cutting-edge internet conferencing technology and Microsoft Project software that is provided.

It’s like being there in person as you participate in class exercises using Project. You will ask questions, interact with other students, and learn from your experienced instructor. Our training solution offers hands-on training, just as if you were in Global PM’s training lab. You only need a computer, phone (or PC with a mic and speakers), and an internet connection. The software will be accessed by the student via a secure link over the internet.

Attendees will gain an understanding of the principles and best practices of CPM scheduling in addition to hands-on experience building a schedule from scratch, updating and monitoring the schedule, & generating reports.

Certificate Course: A Certificate of Successful Training with Microsoft Project is awarded upon completion of training.
