Major project management experience includes building and staffing 2 new data centers at JRay Mc Dermott and a new data center at the St Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, implementing 2 Mobile Data Department of Justice COPS MORE Grants for the St Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office valued at $3.2M including 7 law enforcement agencies, and most recently completing the installation and implementation of a 5 site Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 Physical Access Control system at the Department of Energy Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
Previously served on the PMI® Greater New Orleans Chapter Board of Directors for 3 years.

Jim has over 30 years of broad based experience and his qualifications include:
Consultant – Served as project management consultant on scheduling related issues including integrated schedule development, work breakdown structure development, project coding systems, resource loaded schedules, Earned Value methodology, and reporting. Project Manager – Managed numerous projects across a broad range of industries including construction, information technology, utility, chemical, refinery, offshore, and telecommunications. Supervised project teams on several occasions.
Scheduler – Created coding structures, developed activity detail, updated and reported on schedules ranging in size from 100’s to 22,000 activities. Proficient in most software packages including Primavera P6, Primavera P3, Primavera SureTrak and Microsoft Project. Established, hired and supervised project controls teams on numerous occasions.
Cost Engineer – Developed several cost management systems and tracked project costs on numerous occasions. Utilized earned value analysis. Jim also teaches Project Management and Primavera scheduling courses. He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) through the Project Management Institute. GPM is also a registered educational provider.

Richard J. Snee, PMP joined Global PM after a 20+ year career in Project Controls in New Orleans, LA. He recently completed an assignment supporting the global Primavera P6 implementation of a major energy company with a focus on maximizing the functionality and productivity of the company’s P6 installation for the individual schedulers within the security limitations of the system. Mr. Snee currently teaches courses including Planning and Scheduling with Primavera P6, Primavera P6 (Advanced), Primavera P6 – Administrator Course, and The Fundamentals of Scheduling. Richard graduated from the University of New Orleans with a B.S. Degree in Engineering.
