Goals & Expectations

Global PM staff listens and understands your goals and expectations which will in turn produce results and performance actions to best meet requirements.

Hardware & Software Analysis

The Global PM team provides a thorough analysis of current and proposed systems and their desired interaction with Primavera P6 (hosted (cloud) or on-premise).

Software Installation

Global PM provides support (or guidance) for all installation configurations of Primavera P6, according to Oracle best practices.  

Primavera Software Configuration

After installation, Global PM will assist in the setup of the Enterprise Project Structure (EPS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), etc.

Customer Acceptance Testing

Your Primavera P6 users are given the opportunity to interact with the software/environment to ensure that all requirements are met.

Go-Live!

Support does not stop after installation. Global PM will be available to kick off your implementation either virtually or on-site. Additionally, Global PM offers several support plans to make sure that you can stay operational and get answers to questions that you may have.

Need training after the implementation? We provide custom training for your P6 users and Management (analysis, reporting, etc.), too.
