Trey Miller
Trainer
Mr. Miller is an instructor of courses including: Primavera P6 (Basic), Primavera P6 (Advanced), PMP Exam Prep, PMI-SP Exam Prep, and Earned Value Management.
His 17-year career has been spent providing project scheduling consulting and training for hundreds of clients in the construction, oil and gas, chemical, and utility industries. The majority of his scheduling and project controls experience involves the use of the Oracle Primavera product suite (Primavera P6, Contract Management, P3, and SureTrak).
Mr. Miller is certified by Oracle Corporation as a Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) Certified Implementation Specialist. Mr. Miller is also certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project Management Institute – Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) credentials.
Mr. Miller graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
To date, Mr. Miller has trained over 7,000 individuals with a superior instructor rating of 9.6+/10.

Trey Miller has over 23 years of experience in a variety of project management roles. As President, he is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the firm along with developing new business development strategies to promote continued organizational growth. Mr. Miller also teaches multiple courses, monthly.

Vice President, Business Development
Amanda has over a decade of experience in developing innovative marketing and sales strategies. Additionally, she is responsible for leading the implementation of new products and services from concept to roll-out.
Wendy Jackson
Director of Client Relations
Wendy has 25+ years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, human resources, and project management. She joined the Global PM team in 2012 and has successfully acquired numerous Oracle Primavera certifications over the years.
Richard Snee, PMP
Director of Project Controls Services
Richard Snee has 30+ years of experience leading and directing projects. Additionally, he is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Primavera P6 Professional and EPPM instructor.
Jonathan Johnson
Director of Primavera Implementation Services
Jonathan Johnson has overseen hundreds of Primavera P6 implementations over the last 15 years. Mr. Johnson is also a certified Primavera P6 Professional and EPPM instructor.
Jim Varnado, PMP
Director of International Projects
Mr. Varnado has 35+ years of experience in project controls in countries including the US, Canada, Spain, Ghana, Vietnam, UAE, and The Philippines. Additionally, he is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Primavera P6 Professional and EPPM instructor.
