COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY
Need to Reschedule? No Problem.
Life happens. We get it. You may reschedule your course registration to a future course date of the same course up to the start of the course. Requests to reschedule your course must be submitted to wjackson@globalpm.com. Please note that rescheduling your course is subject to space availability.
Canceling Your Course
For open enrollment classes, five (5) business days' notice is required to cancel a class with no additional fees. In case of a no-show or a cancellation with less than five (5) business days before the class date, students will not be eligible for a refund, however, you may reschedule your course.
When canceling, manuals will need to be mailed to our Slidell, LA location and you can choose one of two refund methods: 1) a mailed check (if the initial payment was by check) or 2) a refund back to the credit card used to make the purchase minus a 3% transaction fee. Requests to cancel your course must be submitted in writing to wjackson@globalpm.com.
