COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

Need to Reschedule? No Problem.

Life happens. We get it. You may reschedule your course registration to a future course date of the same course up to the start of the course. Requests to reschedule your course must be submitted to [email protected]. Please note that rescheduling your course is subject to space availability.

Canceling Your Course

For open enrollment classes, five (5) business days' notice is required to cancel a class with no additional fees. In case of a no-show or a cancellation with less than five (5) business days before the class date, students will not be eligible for a refund, however, you may reschedule your course.

When canceling, manuals will need to be mailed to Global PM at 1925 Corporate Square Drive, Suite B, Slidell, LA 70458, and your refund will be issued in the form in which the original payment was made. For credit/debit card transactions, a non-refundable transaction fee of 3% will be assessed.
