TRAINING CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
PUBLIC COURSES
Cancellation Fees:
- If cancellation occurs:
- Requested more than 5 days before class: No fee will be assessed unless a credit/debit card was used, in which case a 3% processing fee applies.
- Requested less than 5 days before class: 100% of the class registration fee will be assessed. *A course reschedule is possible.
Reschedule Fees:
- Rescheduling fees vary based on the cancellation date:
- Requested more than 5 days before class: No fee will be assessed.
- Requested less than 5 days before class: 5% of the class registration fee will be assessed.
Cancellation by Global PM:
- Global PM and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any public training course up to 7 days before the scheduled course date.
- If Global PM cancels a class, a full refund of all tuition paid will be issued.
- The registrant is responsible for any airfare and hotel cancellation fees; please contact Global PM before booking travel to ensure class availability. Refundable travel accommodations are recommended.
PRIVATE COURSES
Cancellation Fees:
- If cancellation occurs:
- More than 10 or more days before class: No fee will be assessed unless a credit/debit card was used, in which case a 3% processing fee applies.
- Between 5 and 9 days before class: 25% of the class registration fee.
- Within 5 days before class: The full class fee will be charged.
Reschedule Fees:
- Rescheduling fees vary based on the cancellation date:
- Requested 10 or more days before class: No fee will be assessed.
- Requested less than 10 days before class: 10% of the class registration fee.
Additional Charges:
- Upon cancellation of your class enrollment, an additional fee will be charged for any materials received before class. If materials are returned, a full refund will be issued for these materials.
- Any/all travel expenses that were booked and are non-refundable will be the responsibility of the customer (No matter when the cancellation was made).
Note: When cancelling, manuals will need to be mailed to Global PM at 1925 Corporate Square Drive, Suite B, Slidell, LA 70458, and your refund will be issued in the form in which the original payment was made. For credit/debit card transactions, a non-refundable transaction fee of 3% will be assessed.
SOFTWARE REFUND POLICY
All software purchases made through Global PM are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges once a transaction is completed. This applies to all software products available on our website, including licenses, subscriptions, and digital downloads.
