What We Do
Global PM began as a CPM scheduling consulting firm for power generation projects in the Southeast U.S. and has expanded its services to various industries over the past 25 years. We support the principles and practices of industry organizations including CMAA, PMI, and AACE.

- Technical Skills: Mid-level skills in Primavera P6 administration and scheduling.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in project scheduling.
- Collaborate with the project engineering team to ensure project milestones are met, risks are managed, and status is reported, all while adhering to approved processes and procedures.
- Keep project managers, the Project Controls department, and other key team members informed of critical issues or declining portfolio performance promptly, enabling timely implementation of contingency plans to avoid delays, budget overruns, and resource impacts while maintaining organizational credibility.
- Align with project cost analysts to ensure both project-specific and departmental views are accurately represented in Project Delivery.
- Monitor and analyze schedules, comparing actual progress to planned progress to identify trends.
- Identify risks and propose resolutions for project managers and management.
- Provide up-to-date project performance metrics to the project team.
- Develop alternative project schedules and work plans, and perform analyses to support the project team in creating detailed "look ahead" and “what-if” scenarios.
- Prepare reports as requested by management.

The Primavera P6 Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Primavera P6 project management software. This role focuses on managing user accounts, setting permissions, and ensuring the software’s smooth operation to support project management activities across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- User and Security Management: Administer Primavera P6 user accounts, security settings, and licensing.
- Configuration Control: Manage and maintain coding structures, resource and role pools, calendars, Enterprise Project Structure (EPS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), security profiles, and global settings.
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main resource for addressing Primavera P6 user issues and inquiries.
- User Training: Mentor and support new Primavera P6 users as needed.

The Project Scheduling Support Assistant will play a vital role in maximizing project productivity by offering technical assistance and coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist Project Scheduler: Support the project scheduler with data entry tasks, including adding activities, incorporating logic, building calendars, and entering progress updates.
- Collaborate with Functional Project Leaders: Work closely with project leaders within the engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- On-Site Presence: Fulfill role requirements at our Boise office.
- Functional Area Assignment: Support one of the following areas based on your skills, experience, and interests: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, Commercial, Project Controls, Scheduling, or Project management.
