Training Options
Students can choose to attend our instructor-led PMI-ACP® Exam Prep course at Louisiana State University (College of Business) or arrange for one of our certified instructors to deliver a private, instructor-led workshop—virtually or in person—for their team.
Using state-of-the-art web conferencing technology, our remote training solution offers hands-on training, just as if you were in Global PM’s training lab. You only need a computer, phone (or PC with a mic and speakers), and an internet connection.
About the Course
Global PM, an RMC Authorized Partner, is dedicated to offering best-in-class training with PMI-certified content! Our PMI-ACP® Certification exam preparation course is taught as a 4-day, virtual “boot camp” that provides the client with all the necessary tools needed to pass the PMI-ACP® exam on the first try!
This workshop is comprised of a mixture of instructor lectures with PMI® certified materials, online exercises and tests, group exercises/games, and a 120-question online mock exam.
PMI Training Requirement: This course is 28 hours and meets the Project Management Institute's project management training requirement for the current version of the PMI-ACP exam.

Product (19% of Exam):
- Refine and prioritize product backlog.
- Manage increments for business value.
- Visualize work and optimize value delivery.
Delivery (28% of Exam):
- Seek early stakeholder feedback to refine outcomes.
- Use agile metrics for decision-making.
- Manage risks and impediments proactively.
- Eliminate waste and optimize flow (e.g., limit WIP, monitor cycle time).
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics and customer engagement.
