About SBET

The Small Business Employee Training Program (SBET) is a program offered through the Louisiana Workforce Commission's (LWC) Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP) designed to assist small businesses in training their employees. This program helps businesses develop the skills of their existing workforce by providing reimbursements for tuition and required textbooks and manuals after training completion and proper documentation submission to the LWC.

Complete the online form with your details, including your personal and business information, as well as any required documents. Once your registration is successfully submitted, you will receive an authorization number, which is a unique identifier that allows you to proceed with the application process. This number is essential for the next steps and must be provided to the training provider to access and complete your application.
