After receiving your authorization number, your primary training provider (writer) will use the authorization number you received during registration to gain access to the application system. This number links your registration to the provider’s account, allowing them to begin working on your application. They will use this access to fill in the necessary details, guide you through the process, and ensure that the application is completed accurately and in compliance with the program’s requirements.

Once your training provider has access to the application, they will work with you to fill out all necessary fields accurately. This step involves providing detailed information about your project, including the goals, objectives, budget, and any other relevant details required by the grant. Your provider will ensure that all sections of the application are complete, helping you address any specific requirements. Along with the application form, you will also need to submit supporting documentation, such as financial records, project plans, or proof of eligibility, depending on the grant's criteria. After everything is filled out correctly, you will submit the completed application online for review.

After your application and supporting documents are submitted, it will be reviewed by the grant administrator / reviewing committee. The review focuses on several key factors:

• Completeness: Ensuring that all required fields are filled out and that the necessary documentation is included.
• Accuracy: Verifying that the information provided is correct and aligns with the program's criteria.
• Cost-effectiveness: Assessing whether the proposed budget is reasonable and aligned with the project's objectives.

If your application meets these criteria and scores more than 100 points, it will be prioritized for the next monthly review cycle. Scoring over 100 points indicates that your application is competitive and well-prepared, making it eligible for further consideration in the upcoming funding cycle, where decisions are made based on available funds.

At this point, the Deputy Executive Director will conduct a final review of your application to ensure that all necessary requirements are met and that the project aligns with the program’s goals. If everything is in order, the Deputy Executive Director will give formal approval, and contract documents will be prepared. These contracts outline the terms of funding, expectations for project completion, and any reporting requirements, and they must be signed before the grant is officially awarded and the project can begin.
