Our PMP® Certification exam preparation course is taught as a 4-day, IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL “boot camp” that provides the client with all the necessary tools needed to pass the PMP® exam on the first try! This workshop is comprised of a mixture of instructor lectures with PMI® certified materials, online exercises and tests, group exercises/games, and a 180-question online mock exam. Our course focuses on Predictive (Waterfall), Agile, and Hybrid approaches and is based on the PMBOK® Guide. You will gain a detailed understanding of project management processes, tasks, and tools used to effectively manage a project. These include:

PMI's Training Requirement: This PMI-certified course is 35 hours and meets PMI's project management training requirement for the current version of the PMP exam. Additionally, our course is attendance-based, meaning attendees are awarded a Certificate of Successful Training upon completion.
Virtual Training Option: This is an in-person course, however, attendees have the option to attend the course remotely, using state-of-the-art web conferencing technology. Our remote training solution offers hands-on training, just as if you were in our training lab. You only need a computer, phone (or PC with a mic and speakers), and an internet connection.
