Global PM has been providing project management consulting & training services for nearly 25 years. We have found there are two major areas where our clients need support. One is the initial Primavera software installation & configuration and the second is in the area of end-user support (E.g. P6 scheduling issues).


Our OPUS packages consist of instances that are equal to hours. These hours (Redeemed in 15-minute increments) can be used for:

1. P6 End-user support.

You can get real-world scheduling issues resolved today with the help of Global PM’s experienced scheduling consultants. Purchase OPUS and receive a username and password to Global PM’s technical support site. Your support tickets may be used for P6 software issues, CPM scheduling issues, as well as technical issues.

2. P6 Installation support.

Three instances may be used for one remote installation. An installation may be on a server with multiple users or a stand-alone installation on your PC.
