Description

Global PM’s PMP® Certification exam preparation course is a 4-day / 35-hour “boot camp” that provides the client with all the necessary tools needed to pass the PMP® exam on the first try! This workshop is comprised of a mixture of instructor lecture with PMI® certified materials, online exercises and tests, group exercises/games, and instructor-led tests. The course is currently based on the current 7th edition PMBOK® Guide and focuses on the 5 Project Management Process Groups and their integration with the 10 Knowledge Areas. Agile Methodology is also a key focus area.

At the end of the course, we will administer a 180 question mock exam to test your knowledge!
