Global PM’s PMI-SP® Certification exam preparation course is a 3-day “boot camp” that provides the client with all the necessary tools needed to pass the PMI-SP® exam on the first try! This workshop is comprised of a mixture of instructor lecture with PMI® certified materials, online exercises and tests, group exercises/games, and a 170 question online mock exam. The course is currently based on the current 7th edition PMBOK® Guide and also PMI’s 2nd Edition Practice Standard for Scheduling.
