Scope of Work: Scheduler will interface with site work control, operations and maintenance, and other units. Candidate will facilitate weekly schedule review meetings for site. Candidate will perform comprehensive reviews of integrated schedule and identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, track resources, maximize allocation, and integrate subsidiary schedules (often in MS Project, P3, SureTrak, or Excel) into master schedule.

Scope of Work: The outage is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana area at process maintenance site (chemical plant).  It will start at the beginning of October and last for 40-45 days then they will need assistance with commissioning and documentation of this outage through Early December.  The schedule has approx. 3400 activities and 52,000 manhours. The schedule (Primavera P6) needs to be finalized and the resources leveled, then resource requirements given to the subcontractors with enough time to plan their work. Schedule is is 6 or 7 -10’s until the outage and then 7-10’s during the outage.
