Course Overview

Our instructor-led course, taught by an Oracle Certified Instructor, equips you with practical, hands-on skills to effectively use Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) for planning, scheduling, resource management, and reporting on projects of any size or complexity. Participants will learn to create workspaces, develop the WBS, add activities, set up calendars, and manage resources and costs. By course end, they’ll be able to configure project environments, build and baseline schedules, and clearly communicate project performance with various reports.

Course Syllabus

The Training Process

  • A web meeting (Microsoft Teams) invite is emailed to each attendee.
  • Students are provided a link for accessing Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) software (No installation required).
  • 15 minutes prior to training, students connect to the classroom/instructor.
  • The instructor shares his desktop with the class and uses OPC for all demonstrations.
  • The instructor assists the attendees as they complete course exercises.
  • Attendees may share their screens with their instructor to get feedback and/or help.
