Need Primavera P6 User Support?
Global PM has been providing project management consulting & training services since 1996. We have found there is a shift in our customers’ needs after the initial software installation is conducted. The support need becomes more end-user related (scheduling issues) and less technical in nature. Opus is the Latin word for work. Global PM is ready to work with you!
Simply put, purchase an OPUS plan and receive support tickets that can be used by anyone in your company for P6 software issues, scheduling issues, and even a P6 installation!
Global PM offers Oracle Primavera User Support (OPUS) to all Primavera software users; which provides you with functional (end-user) support. You can get real-world scheduling issues resolved today with the help of Global PM’s experienced scheduling consultants. ALL Global PM consultants have a minimum of 10 years of project scheduling experience using Primavera products and are Oracle Primavera P6 certified. Global PM defines an instance as a resolved issue using telephone and web meeting technology and is equal to roughly 1 hour of support. Instances are calculated in 30 minute increments and Global PM will send updates on instance use.
If you don’t have an I.T. group and want to avoid the headache of installing P6 software yourself, we can help!
Three (3) OPUS instances may be redeemed for a remote Primavera P6 software installation, regardless of the number of users and whether it is P6 Professional Project Management (PPM) or P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM).
“We used 3 of our 5 hours of OPUS to have Global PM install our software remotely. This saved us a major headache and we still have 2 hours of support left!” – Keith B.
“My rep, Cedric, helped me get out of a schedule bind. The 30 minutes I used saved me 5 hours of trying to figure it out myself.” – Allison T.
“I used OPUS to get 11 schedules converted from P3 to P6 and was thrilled. I would have spent hours downloading the P3 compatibility file and doing the imports/exports myself.” – Rick S.
